By having our warehouses rail served we increase efficiency of our packaging operation by eliminating a step in the supply chain and packaging directly from customer railcars.

WHAT WE OFFER

Quality Packaging

Packaging services include 700 kg cartons, 25 kg bags, 500kg-1000kg super sacks, 45 gallon drums, 1000 kg IBC’s (intermediate bulk containers). PVC, PE, PP, PS, lube oil, transformer oil, Oxidizers, and more. Specialized products upon request.

Seamless Blending

Guelph Blending Facility Highlights: PDI Bulk has installed 6 dry bulk blenders, Peabody blenders with PLC technology controls blending and ensures a 99% accurate blend. Each blender has a 60,000 lb capacity (360,000 lb total capacity [2 rail cars]). Blenders are fed from both rail cars and trucks. Blended products can be top loaded to dry bulk tankers and / or rail cars.

Professional Storage

Silo’s hold up to a full railcar worth of capacity. PDI Bulk operates silo’s in Guelph, ON and Montreal, QC. Total storage capacity exceeds 4,000,000 pounds.These are used to accommodate storage of polymers in the event of supplier demurrage and post polymer blending.
